隱私權政策

我們自己不收集你的任何資料。你的成績只存在你的手機裡，我們看不到，也拿不到。
但這個 App 會顯示 Google 的廣告，而 Google 為了投放廣告會收集一些裝置資料。
以下把這件事講清楚。
我們不做的事
- 不需要註冊，也沒有帳號
- 不收集你的姓名、電子郵件或任何聯絡資訊
- 沒有自己的伺服器——你的成績不會離開你的裝置
- 不使用分析、當機回報或使用者追蹤 SDK
- 不會請求「允許 App 追蹤」的權限（App Tracking Transparency），
所以不會為了投放個人化廣告而跨 App、跨網站追蹤你
留在你裝置上的資料
App 會在你的手機裡存這些東西：
- 每個模式的最高關數
- 每個模式最近 30 次的遊戲紀錄（關數、通關時間）
- 用來決定「多久跳一次廣告」的遊玩次數計數
這些存放在 App 自己的沙盒中（iOS 的 UserDefaults）。
刪除 App 就會一併刪除。
我們沒有備份，也沒有任何方式讀取或還原它們。
廣告（Google AdMob）
⚠️ 這是本 App 唯一會把資料送出裝置的地方。
App 內含 Google AdMob 的插頁式廣告（每玩 3 到 5 場出現一次）。
廣告由 Google 提供，我們無法選擇你會看到哪一支廣告。
Google 為了投放、計費與防止濫用，可能會收集：
- 裝置的廣告識別碼
- 裝置型號、作業系統版本等技術資訊
- IP 位址（可據此推得大致的地理位置）
- 廣告的曝光、點擊與互動情形
- 偵測無效流量與詐騙所需的資訊
因為我們不請求追蹤許可，Google 顯示的是非個人化廣告——
廣告內容不會依據你在其他 App 或網站的行為來挑選。
即便如此，Google 仍會為了頻率控制、防詐欺與計費而收集上述有限的資料。這是投放廣告的技術前提，我們無法關閉。

你可以怎麼限制它
- iOS「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 追蹤」：關閉後，App 一律無法要求追蹤許可。
- iOS「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → Apple 廣告」：可關閉個人化廣告。
誠實地說：目前沒有辦法在本 App 中完全關閉廣告，
我們也還沒有提供付費移除廣告的選項。
兒童
我們自己不收集任何人的資料，兒童亦然。
但本 App 顯示的廣告由 Google 提供，而廣告的投放必然伴隨上述的裝置層級資料收集。
如果你是家長，並且希望孩子完全不接觸廣告相關的資料收集，
請留意本 App 目前沒有無廣告的版本。
刪除你的資料
刪除 App，存在你裝置上的所有資料（成績、紀錄、廣告計數）就會一併消失。
Google 因廣告投放而持有的資料，則依 Google 自己的政策處理與保留；
你可以透過上面的連結了解或行使你的權利。
政策變更
如果這份政策有變動，上方的「最後更新」日期會跟著改。
涉及實質變更時（例如日後加入新的第三方服務），我們會在此明確說明。

Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
We collect nothing ourselves. Your scores live on your phone; we cannot see them and
cannot retrieve them.
But the app does show Google ads, and Google collects some device data in order
to serve them. This page sets out exactly what that means.
What we do not do
- No sign-up, no account
- We do not collect your name, email, or any contact details
- We run no server of our own — your scores never leave your device
- We use no analytics, crash-reporting, or user-tracking SDK
- We never ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, so you are
not tracked across other apps or websites for personalised advertising
What stays on your device
The app stores the following on your phone:
- Your best level in each mode
- Your last 30 runs in each mode (level reached, cleared time)
- A count of games played, used to decide how often an ad appears
These live in the app's own sandbox (iOS UserDefaults).
Deleting the app deletes them.
We hold no backup and have no way to read or restore them.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
⚠️ This is the only part of the app that sends anything off your device.
The app shows Google AdMob interstitial ads (one every 3 to 5 games). The ads are
served by Google; we do not choose which ad you see.
To serve, bill for, and protect its ads, Google may collect:
- Your device's advertising identifier
- Technical information such as device model and OS version
- Your IP address (from which approximate location can be inferred)
- Ad impressions, clicks and interactions
- Information needed to detect invalid traffic and fraud
Because we do not request tracking permission, Google serves
non-personalised ads — the ad shown is not selected from your behaviour
in other apps or on other sites. Even so, Google still collects the limited data above
for frequency capping, fraud prevention and billing. That is a technical precondition of
serving ads at all, and we cannot switch it off.

How you can limit it
- iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking: turning this off prevents any app
from even asking to track you.
- iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising: turn off personalised ads.
To be straight with you: there is currently no way to turn ads off inside this
app, and we do not yet offer a paid ad-free option.
Children
We collect no data from anyone, children included. But the ads in this app are served by
Google, and serving an ad necessarily involves the device-level collection described
above. If you are a parent who wants your child kept away from ad-related data collection
entirely, please note that this app has no ad-free version at present.
Deleting your data
Delete the app and everything it kept on your device (scores, records, ad counts) goes
with it. Data held by Google as a result of serving ads is governed and retained under
Google's own policy; the links above explain how to understand and exercise your rights.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes —
adding a new third-party service, for instance — will be spelled out here.

端末に保存されるもの
アプリは以下を端末内に保存します。

広告について（Google AdMob）
⚠️ 端末の外へ情報が出るのは、この部分だけです。
本アプリは Google AdMob のインタースティシャル広告を表示します（3〜5回のプレイごとに1回）。
広告は Google が配信するもので、どの広告が表示されるかを私たちが選ぶことはできません。
Google は広告の配信・課金・不正防止のために、次の情報を収集する場合があります。
- 端末の広告識別子
- 端末の機種や OS バージョンなどの技術情報
- IP アドレス（そこからおおよその地域が推定されます）
- 広告の表示・クリック・操作の情報
- 無効なトラフィックや不正を検出するために必要な情報
トラッキングの許可を求めていないため、Google が表示するのは
パーソナライズされていない広告です。
他のアプリやサイトでのあなたの行動に基づいて広告が選ばれることはありません。
それでも Google は、表示回数の制御・不正防止・課金のために上記の限定的な情報を収集します。
これは広告を配信するための技術的な前提であり、こちらで無効にすることはできません。

制限する方法
- iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」：オフにすると、
アプリはトラッキングの許可を求めること自体ができなくなります。
- iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → Apple の広告」：パーソナライズ広告をオフにできます。
正直に申し上げます。現時点で、アプリ内から広告を完全にオフにする方法はありません。
広告を取り除く有料オプションも、まだ用意していません。
お子様について
私たちは誰からもデータを収集しません。お子様についても同様です。
ただし本アプリの広告は Google が配信するものであり、広告の配信には上記の端末レベルの情報収集が必然的に伴います。
保護者の方で、お子様を広告関連のデータ収集から完全に遠ざけたいとお考えの場合は、
本アプリに広告なしの版が存在しないことにご留意ください。
データの削除
アプリを削除すれば、端末に保存されていたもの（成績・記録・広告カウント）はすべて消えます。
広告配信の結果として Google が保持するデータは、Google 自身のポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
上記のリンクから、内容の確認と権利の行使が可能です。
ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、上部の「最終更新」の日付も更新します。
重要な変更（新しい第三者サービスの追加など）があった場合は、ここに明記します。
